Funstars is a Saturday sports camp, starting on March 28th. It is an eight week course offering Mini Decathlon. The idea behind it is that the children will test themselves in the various disciplines on the first day, then after having coaching, test themselves again at the end and hopefully see an improvement.

The benefits of Funstars include increased cardiovascular fitness, improved coordination and balance, greater confidence and improved social and personal skills.

One of the aims of the camp is to get children involved in athletics and an opportunity to feed into the Amman Valley Harriers Athletic Club.
