Access to Information 

Carmarthenshire County Council believes that information about how we make our decisions, about our plans, policies, activities and services should be accessible to members of the public. We aim to be open, transparent and proactive in providing this information.

Publication Scheme 

The Council makes a large amount of information available to the public through our Publication Scheme.  This information is published routinely and can be accessed without the need to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to access recorded information held by public authorities such as Carmarthenshire County Council.
