Through the INTERREG IIIA Community Initiative Programme the Celtic Enterprise & Busines Support Network, the Business Development Unit have developed two brochures to assist people who wish to start their own business or are already in business.

The Starting your Business booklet has been produced as an aid to those people who are trying to set up in business.  The brochure will help people think through all the areas they need to consider before going into business and it will help people produce their own business plan.

Good Financial Management

Is based upon the idea of having easy access to reliable information about how a business is performing on a day-to-day basis.

The Financial Management brochure aims to provide business owners and managers with the skills necessary to manage the financial performance of their business e.g. Book-keeping systems, profit & loss account, balance sheet and sources of finance.
