Every individual referred to Workways will have a dedicated Mentor who will:

• Engage with economically inactive and long term unemployed people within their community
• Build a rapport to determine skills, experience and qualities
• Identify and address barriers to work
• Identify relevant agencies and organisations who provide expert advice and support
• Identify job specific training opportunities
• Assist in seeking suitable employment vacancies
• Support jobsearch activity
• Ensure a smooth transition into employment
