The Community Bureau is a `First Stop Shop' where groups and individuals can ring one number, and from there will be signposted to the relevant provider, whether that be the area County Council officers or those of a partner organisation. The County Council’s Community Bureau can advise community groups on potential sources of grant funding and help community groups to network and gain experience from other examples of best practice.The Community Bureau will help community, voluntary and charitable groups in Carmarthenshire to access support, advice and grants quickly, and will respond to your individual needs helping you to reach your goal in the most effective and speedy way. 

Finding Funding - We can help you find your way through the funding maze. We have up-to-date information about funding programmes, access to the most up to date Grant Finding Websites, and we are able to help you identify the most appropriate ones for your project. We also have excellent links with the West Wales European Centre for European funding issues, and our Project and Community Funding Officers will work with you to prepare grant applications and help you manage your grant awards.
