Carmarthenshire County Council holds a large and varied portfolio of industrial units throughout the county, providing flexible commercial environments in which businesses can survive and grow.

Our policy of retaining and providing new industrial property aims to encourage and stimulate local enterprise, to generate employment opportunities and improve the local economy within the county. It is intended that the flexible terms offered and relative ease of leasing units will provide positive benefits to the entire local economic community.

We manage 25 estates across the county; the largest ones are grouped in Llanelli, Ammanford, Burry Port and Crosshands.
