The Citizens' Panel is a joint initiative between Carmarthenshire County Council, Dyfed - Powys Police and Hywel Dda Health Board.
The Panel is made up of 1,000 local people who are selected to be representative of the community on a broad range of characteristics such as gender, age and location. Panel members are asked to complete 3 or 4 postal questionnaires a year about the Council, Police and Local Health Board and the services that they deliver.
Panel Recruitment
Membership is refreshed on an ongoing basis to avoid the Panel becoming unrepresentative and to give as many people as possible the opportunity to take part.

Clicking on the link will take you to a recruitment form on the Dyfed-Powys Police website. Dyfed-Powys Police administer the panel on behalf of the partner organisations (Carmarthenshire County Council, Dyfed-Powys Police and Hywel Dda Health Board) and ensure that all details you provide remain confidential and are not passed on to any other organisation.
Please be aware that those who fill in our recruitment form will go through a selection process to ensure the Panel represents a cross-section of Carmarthenshire’s population and, therefore, we may not be able to accept everyone who applies.
