Your feedback helps us to improve what we do. We have provided some examples of the positive changes we have made after hearing from you in our ‘You Said…..We did….’ campaign.
You said: “more help for dyslexic people”
We Did: All our staff have received our Internal Training Guidance for Alternative Communication Format
You Said: “Please could you photocopy a bit cheaper”
We Did: Our corporate policy has been amended and now photocopying costs for relevant council information has been lowered
You Said: “Tea / Coffee facilities”
We Did: This has been researched, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide Tea / Coffee facilities due to health and safety reasons (risk of burning)
You Said: “Seating too low (for elderly and disabled)”
We Did: We have provided chairs with high seats in response to requests from those who find low/standard height seating difficult
You Said: “It was very draughty at the desk due to the doors opening regularly”(Llanelli Customer Service Centre)
We Did: We have installed a new screen which will act as a wind barrier
