The Electoral Services Unit are responsible for the conduct of all elections and referenda held within the Carmarthenshire County.

Our duties include the administration of postal and proxy voting, administration of all elections and maintaining the Register of Electors within Carmarthenshire.

We are also responsible for informing the electorate when and where the elections are to take place, where the polling stations are located, receiving nominations for candidates and preparing the ballot papers and equipment for conducting the poll.
