Annual Improvement Report
The Annual Improvement Report (incorporating the Audit of the Annual Report and the Improvement Plan) is written by the Wales Audit Office. As part of our commitment to openness and honesty, we make it available to the public, members and internally and is an important means by which the public may learn about the Council's stewardship of public funds. It therefore has significant implications for Carmarthenshire County Council.
