The Forward Planning section is responsible for the Adoped Unitary Development Plan which provides policies to guide development in the County on which planning decisions are based. The team is also responsible for the production of the new Local Development Plan which will replace the UDP. Information relating to supplementary planning documents and other planning policy documents can also be viewed.
