Family Support Team 

This is a multi disciplinary family support team comprising of practitioners from social services, health and education. It has bases in Carmarthen and Llanelli. The team provides help and support to disabled children and their families. The team also works closely with other agencies to ensure that disabled children and their families receive appropriate respite services, financial support etc.

FACT - Carmarthenshire Family and Community Team

Parenting education and support groups. Mobile family centre/playbus. Family Aide Service/Volunteer driver scheme/contact support/family centres. Info on childminding, registered childminders, nurseries and out of school provision.

Community Outreach Team  

The Community Outreach Team provides a positive intervention for those young people whose needs are best met by intensive support focused on finding solutions to specific problems. Referral only by Social Worker
