STEP’s I (Supported Training & Employment Project) is based at Cross Hands Businees Park, Llanelli.

STEP's are able to offer opportunities for People with Learning Difficulties wishing to develop their skills, within a range of programmes, with the appropriate level of support.

Employment placements in partnership with statutory private and voluntary agencies will be explored, to enable individuals to choose from a range of jobs that suit their needs.

The aim of the unit is to be recognised as a centre of excellence in the training, enabling and empowerment of people with Learning Disabilities who wish to pursue work awareness, work experience and paid employment opportunities.
