The service provides a community alarm facility.

Location
Ammanford and Llanelli

Type of Accommodation
Self-contained flats or bungalows (that is, they have their own kitchen, bathroom and private entrance.)

When the service is available
The alarm service is available 24 hours a day.

How long the service can be used for
People can use the service for as long as they live in the Association’s accommodation.

How to access the service
People can refer themselves to the service or go through the local authority.

Cost
The tenant will pay rent for the accommodation and may claim Housing Benefit to cover this, if they are eligible to do so. Please contact Family Housing Association for more information about this.
This service also receives funding from the Supporting People Grant, which is paid direct to the Association by Carmarthenshire County Council’s Supporting People Section.
