The Home Improvement Team is Responsible for delivering a range of services with the Private Rented Sector.
The aim of the service is to encourage the development of a healthy private rented sector, capable of responding more effectively to the housing need and to ensure that properties within the sector are of the best quality.
Many of the functions used by the Home Improvement Team are statutory whilst other discretionary powers and initiatives are used to support the growing need of good quality and affordable housing.
