The Timetables contain details of local bus services operating in the County of Carmarthenshire. The information is correct until further notice.
To help you plan your journey, use the index to places served which can be found in the downloads section on the bus timetables page. When you have decided which services you wish to use, check the timetable. Be careful to check the days of operation and look out for any codes or notes which may apply to certain journeys.
Each timetable shows clearly the day(s) of the week on which the service runs. In addition to this, some journeys are marked with day codes at the top of the column, meaning that the journey runs on certain days only. Also remember that some bus journeys or services run only on days when the local Schools or Colleges are open or closed - please check with the operator before travelling.
All tables in these timetables are in the 12 hour clock. Please remember to check whether the journey you are looking at is a.m. or p.m.
During Summer Bank Holidays a reduced network of services runs in some areas. These Bank Holiday services are shown on the appropriate timetables. Most services now operate a normal timetable on Good Friday. During the Christmas and New Year period, there will be days when the services will run on reduced frequencies, or on some days not at all. Please check with the operator if you intend travelling during this time.
Please remember that services are liable to change at short notice. It is therefore suggested that passengers check details of routes, times and fares before planning a journey.
The times shown on the timetables are scheduled departure times. However, there may be slight variations due to traffic conditions, road works, or other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be at the stop in advance of the published time.
Many services operate on a “Hail-&-Ride” basis in rural areas, which means that passengers may be picked up or set down at any point on the route, provided it is safe to do so in the opinion of the driver. Please signal clearly to the driver if you wish to catch the bus, and if you wish to leave the bus please use the bell or ask the driver in advance. In built up areas recognised stopping places will be used. Please understand that the driver has a responsibility to consider the safety of passengers and other road users - please respect his or her judgement when requesting the bus to stop.
